Before I was a stylist I worked in sales and marketing. I pursued hair for the artistic creativity it provides, however I found that there was a huge gap in the industry...... Artist lacked BUSINESS knowledge.
I have seen artists and salon owners struggle, working crazy hours and making NO money. When we entered this industry we were promised a lifestyle, only to find its a LIE! We work 12 hour days 6-7 days a week and never reach 6 figures a year.
My mission is to change the way this industry operates, the way we run salons, and the way we train the students who enter this industry and the way we educate the new stylist who need guidance. I have spent so many nights asking myself what if we could operate more like a corporate business, what if we apply systems, processes, and grow together as TEAMS? What would be possible if stylist could juggle the mindset of a ARTIST, HUSTLER & CEO?
As you can imagine this is UNHEARD of, we were taught to focus our time and energy as ARTIST behind the chair and not how to GROW, MARKET or BUILD a sustainable business.
It's time to change the way us stylist operate in this industry and learn to be a TRIFECTA STYLIST juggling our inner ARTIST, HUSTLER, & CEO.
My vision is to help other stylist understand how to be SUCCESSFUL while having a BALANCED LIFESTYLE. It's time to share my struggles and triumphs so other stylist can reach success inside their businesses at a faster pace!
