CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, LATE & RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW/ RESCHEDULING/ LATE/ RETURN POLICY

 

In order to reserve time with a stylist at M STYLING, a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER will be obtained. Once the funds are collected, and you choose to cancel your reservation, you will forfeit your retainer as a CANCELLATION FEE.

 

For Reservations WITH a NON -REFUNDABLE RETAINER: In the event of a RESCHEDULED reservation, a one-time charge of $250 (per rescheduling) will be charged to the card on file. The NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER will carry forward with the rescheduled reservation.

 

REOCCURRING reservations reserved without a NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER: 

Will require a credit card at the time of booking. In the event you need to CANCEL, FAIL TO APPEAR, LATE or RESCHEDULE your reservation, a 50% of service reserved will be charged as a CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW/ RESCHEDULE / LATE FEE.

 

To cancel or reschedule a REOCCURRING reservation without being charged a fee you must cancel 14 DAYS PRIOR to your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a reservation your reservation will be rescheduled and the CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW/ RESCHEDULE/ LATE FEE will be charged to the card on file.

 

• Covid-19 cancellations are subject to cancellation fee.

 

M STYLING does not offer any refunds for work performed, or products used during your reservation. For styling products purchased, all returns must be made within 10 days of purchase.
